The formal postgraduate teaching programme in Oxford is on a Wednesday afternoon at either:

Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre.
Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre Lecture Theatre (1st floor of new building) starting at 2.15pm - 5pm

John Radcliffe Hospital.
Kadoorie Centre ( 3rd floor - main building) on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, hosted by the Trauma service starting at 2.15pm.

Grand Rounds - 1st Wednesday of the month
All welcome Noc lecture theatre 4.30 - 5.30 after PG training

Feedback is encouraged on the teaching sessions in order to develop the programme in the future.

Weekly Thursday Spinal Teaching

As from the 5th of March 2009, the spine unit will hold weekly teaching sessions. Although there will be a spinal theme to these meetings the programme is based on the core curriculum as set out by the Royal Colleges covering basic sciences and clinical topics.

These sessions will be held at the NOC Lecture Theatre on Thursdays between 5.45 & 7pm. Attendance is of course voluntary so as to fit in with EWTD.
