1. NEW 'MRSA Infection Control in Orthopaedic Surgery'
The Department of Health and the MRSA Working Party of the British Society of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy have recently published further guidance on the standards for management of MRSA infection in orthopaedic surgery. To evaluate the awareness of these guidelines and current variation in practice of MRSA management in trauma and orthopaedic departments across the United Kingdom, Simon Roberts and colleagues at Tameside Hospital are conducting a survey of orthopaedic consultants in the UK and invite you take a few minutes to complete a secure, anonymous online survey available at the following address:
